Macintosh update to Mac OS Lion 10.7.4 is experiencing problems allowing users to log in. A workaround is as follows:

When the NAC Agent is malfunctioning, do this:
- Go to any website on Safari (not reddit)
- The site asks you to accept certificate in Safari
- Click show details
- Click trust arrow
- First drop down --> select always trust
- Click continue
- Log into agent

This will force your Mac to accept the certificate and you should be fine. We are not sure why the OS Lion update does not automatically accept our certificates, as they are from a very reputable company that has been used successfully for years.

We are planning on changing the certificates, if necessary, on May 15th, after our team completes their trouble shooting.

Thanks for your patience with this unexpected problem.
