Residential Network Consultants (RNC) are available Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturday from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM to help you with network and cable TV related problems. Here are some of the ways you can contact us.
NOTICE: ResNet will be moving to our new location on September 18th 2007! We are now located in 500 Housing Administrative Services!
Resnet Office
You can also visit our office for network and cable TV related problems. If you have a laptop and are having problem connecting to Resnet, we suggest that you visit our office with your laptop and YOUR ethernet cable to get the problem resolved.

You can call the RNC's for one-on-one technical support over the phone or to schedule an appointment for us to come and troubleshoot the problem at your room or apartment.

Simply send your question to resnet@uci.edu .
Make sure to include the following information in your e-mail:
- Name
- UCINetID
- Phone Number
- Name of complex that you live in
- Building and room number
- Description of problem
